We here at Cedarbrook take pride in the quality and dependability of our work. However we recognize that sometimes mistakes are made. Please contact us at cedarbrooklavender@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to get started.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item contact us within 7 days or receiving the order with photos of the damage or complaint and we will assist you with the next steps in resolving the issue.

SHIPPING

Cedarbrook currently only ships to the United States. We are working to expand our international shipping options, please contact us if you're interested about this service.

All weekday orders placed before 5pm PST will be fulfilled within 1 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on the next operating business day. This excludes holidays and high traffic sale dates.

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification with a designated tracking number (after fulfillment). All orders are currently shipped USPS Priority 1-3 business days.
