Cedarbrook takes pride in the quality of their locally crafted lavender goods. However, due to the nature of most of our products being handcrafted, we understand that products may have flaws.

 

Cedarbrook accepts returns if merchandise is defective within 30 days of original purchase. Refund for merchandise, excluding original ship-to costs, will be granted upon receipt.

 

Cedarbrook is not liable for lost merchandise and suggests that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns and/or purchase shipping insurance.
